2000 Ford Econoline E350 XLT 15 passenger van

Anyone know if the rear a/c control is a vacuum switch or electrical? I have seen an HVAC Blower Control Switch which I think is the right one. The problem I had that set this off is that first the rear vents were blowing hot air (heater) then I switched it off and when I switched it back on I can hear the fan blowing in the side panel but no air comes out either on the rear control setting or on low/med/high. So I figure it must be a faulty switch. I cannot find a corresponding fuse for rear a/c in any of the fuse panels so I figure it is a vacuum setup. If you think my diagnosis is correct, I also need some kind of diagram or explanation as to how to replace this switch. The HVAC swtich is model 15-50462 I have been looking at.

Your question is confusing.........
Do you have a blower problem or a temperature problem? Please be more specific .

I believe it is a blower problem, though since I cannot get any blower action at all from the rear I don't know for sure that it is still cooling. But I believe it is. I need to fix the blower problem first to find out, I assume.

OK, test for power and ground arriving at the rear blower motor.
