i have a citroen saxo 1.6 vtr w reg 2000 the motor i can hear running and the water level is good but no water apears to come on the wind screen front or rear what coul d be the problem

Some times the nozzles that spray the fluid can get clogged, they can be cleaned out with a pin. If not then you will have go to where the pump is located. Check for power & ground, then take the hose off & verify that is actually is pumping fluid. If that checks out then more than likely there is a break in the line. You would have to start at the pump and start tracing the line down...
