I toped up my reservoir with window wash. got most of it out but how bad is this

Common windshied washer fluid/anti-freeze is a methyl alcohol and water with blue dye in it - not much else. The alcohol would evaporate and be harmless. If the real anti-freeze protection level for the system has now been diluted it should be checked and adjusted back to the usual -34F which is a 50/50 mix of EG (prestone by brand - most are similar).
If you took most all of whatever was in it out it should be harmless. If worried or perhaps it's time for a flush out anyway,
