Clueless... why would the wheels on the front of the car be bending inward?

its a 97 chevy lumina and its the at the wheels where the lugs go on.

By any chance does this car have hubcaps that may be bent? If it is an alloy or steel wheel and it is bent where the lugs are, someone has hit an oblect really hard.
