what the heck is going on with my toyota???

ok here is what it is doing its a 99 toyota corolla, right around 33mph a knocking in the font end starts it will stop if i turn the wheel to the right or to the left or if i let off the gas , so what is it , maybe cv joint? its weird that when i let off the gas it stops, its in the engine its in the front end underneith
