water leaking in floor board

I have a 2002 Dodge Neon. When I run the a/c, water leaks in the passenger side floor. What would be causing this?

If it is water, there is a drain under the car that is plugged and allowing the a/c condensation to collect in the bottom of plenum. As it makes more water, it runs out of the inside. Look down on the passenger side near the bottom of firewall.
