94 plymouth acclaim, when button is pressed to pump washer fluid, motor or pump make a loud noise that is very much like a very loud electric window in a car door going up or down. It pumps nothing and if i keep the button pressed it pops the fuse.I have not yet removed the reservoir or the pump. I wish to repair and not replace. Are these pumps sealed, can they be disassembled and reassembled.In cases such as these where conponents are immersed or pump fluid is there a tendency as to where potentially electrical problems occur . Thank you.
