The plastic panel on the inside of the driver's side door is broken. The windows and locks work fine but the panel sometimes comes loose and gets caught when I try to open the door and it is really hard to get it unstuck (and probably does further damage). But I can't afford ANYTHING in terms of getting it fixed. Can I use some kind of adhesive to keep it in place? Or is there something else I can do? Help!

You can't really use an adhesive but what you could do is just run a long screw right through it into the metal door frame. Also make sure the hinge hasn't worn out causing the door to drop down and move closer to the pillar. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
