have 01 ford explorer sport had vibrations at spreeds over 60 mph had new tires and ball joints still have vibrations seems to be in rear area of car any suggestions

If just vibrations like out of balance it could be a bent rim. Sometimes the old tire wore into the defect and the new tire will show it. You can see that spinning them and they could have still balanced ok. If it just started with the new tires that may be it. Ball joints by themselves don't really make vibrations but any worn front end part will make one worse,
