can anyone tell me if there is a mandatory used car warranty in canada? or if there is a time limited bail-out-clause if 6the used vehicle you bought is a lemon?

I don't know about Canada, But here in Australia there is legislation that enforces a 28 day cooling off period. If you buy a car. You can return it for your money back if it is a piece of crud. Check out your government's website.
