toyota car lights dont shut off

i have a toyota tacoma and when i turn the car off and keys out of the ignition, the parking lights, brake lights, and dash board lights stay on and drain the battery. what should i do

Sad to say that All Data schematics stink! The first problem is you do not state the year of your Toyota Tacoma, but the way I lookied it up for a 2005, the IPC, the tail lamps and the headlamps only receive power if the headlamp switch is on which closes the contacts in the tail lamp relay and the combination switch. I would recommend taking this to either the dealer, or to a known good auto electricial center.
