I i have a quick question Im buying a 1994 jeep grand cherokee and it needs tires to pass the safety. the tires off my cavalier are 60r115 i think and the tires on the jeep are either 70r115 or 75r115 since theyre both 15's could I put the tires from the cavalier on the jeep rims or would that not work? thanks i am pretty clueless when it comes to tires.
also the power windows and interior light dont work. what could be the reason behind that?

That's a no-go and too far off. For the Jeep especially and even moreso if AWD or plain 4WD all tires really need to match size and amount of wear such that even tire rototion becomes VERY important.
Plan on needing all four new tires of the suggested size which should be on door jam sticker or elsewhere but it's listed on the vehicle,
