timing belt

hello ive got a 99 toyota 4 runner v6 135000 mi. im trying to change the timing belt but i cant figure out how to get the tensoin off the hydrolic tensioner. any advice or sites to go to? thanks for the help.

Link below had some detailed instructions on the tensioner. Requires a press to retract as needed by a measurement at a quick glance of the whole procedure. Check that out below. Good luck,
