testing for efi pulse

1993 buick century, 3.3l, 144,000 miles. i have replaced harmonic balancer due to chatter noise. the crank sensor has also been replaced. chaned out the ecm and swapped blue chip to original. i have 44psi of fuel pressure at the valve between front bank and back bank of the injector rail. i have tested the voltage of the tps and it tests good. the car will run with gas sprayed into the air intake. i believe that the next test would be to check for injector pulse. not sure how to preform this test . you help is appreciated.
