have no clue what is wrong. changed lines and master cylinder still no pressure

You almost certainly have way too much air in the system.
More info needed:
Did you bench bleed the master?
Did each wheel bleed out OK?
If you are not sure about brake bleeding hit back - I'm here all the time and will explain. Keep at it, T
