I've noticed smooth wear marks on the back side of both my rear tires. Any adjustment to camber wouldn't be enough. That would be with an alignment machine because if you just tried that by eye it would be so far off the tires would wear improperly. I did have them rotated though about 3,000 miles ago. could that have been part of the problem, though i didnt notice the rubs until i went to Sears for an oil change. Doesn't matter if it was Sears or another place. What counts is the tires and wheels belong on that car.
