steering vibration

I have a 95 ford explorer and whenever I make a right turn I get a real bad vibration in the steering wheel. It is a little hard to turn as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this 4X4? Either way you need to check out the bearings, CV/univeral? joints to front wheels and the brakes. I recall a 93 once that had almost nothing left to a wheel bearing that was about non symptomatic till it really screwed up,
