where can i locate the starter and how to replace it ??? can somebody send me pics ?!?!?!?! to make iy easy for me ... is there an available instruction in the web that i can use ????

I don’t think you’ll need all that instruction; go and get the replacement starter and you’ll see that it’s not all that hard of a job.
Basic hand tools and a little foresight on your part and you’re done.
One caution I will mention and that is disconnecting the battery is the first step.
