On occasion, my '03 Caravans brakes seem to hang up. We recently had new brakes and rotors installed. A week later the problem first started. The left rear brake started smoking. Today it happened again. The van had trouble accelerating at some point on our way to dinner. When we reached the restaurant and parked the van, all four brakes were smoking.

I would take the van back to the one who did the brake job....new rotors come with a oily film on them to keep them from rusting until they are sold....some people forget to clean this off and the results are contaminated pads that burns up the rotors and causing more damage down the road.
