i went to walmart and bought a glowing blue shifte for my 1999 toyota camry and i took of my shifter and tryed to put the other one on and it ended up not fiting and now i cant get my old one to work cause i dont know how to put it one the corect way

A glowing blue shifter? That's the problem. Should have bought the red one. Or, paid attention to how you took it apart? Couldn't find any exploded views of the shifter. Sorry.
