I just bought a 95f150 and have noticed a shake when driving over 95kms/hr. the wheel seals were changed recently and the tires are new. The shake isnt to bad yet but notice it in the cab, ex. seats. The drive shaft seems solid with no movement and the brakes were recently changed. e brake isnt sticking, and shocks are good. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I doubt it matters but you mean the axle seals the hold back gear oil from the rear brakes?
Shaking, vibrations at that speed are common to wheel, tire, brake DRUMS out of balance or some flaw in trueness. U-Joints unsually change with load - better or worse when on the gas pedal.
Note on drum balance: I haven't found a place or device to rebalance really bad drums short of on the vehicle wheel balancing then idexing that wheel to the studs. This is sometimes an issue with lots of rust on drums. Sometimes rust between drum and the face of hub/axle will trap some rust and when wheel is tight is isn't on true. You can see that in spinning the wheel when hoisted if bad enough OR if this probem just started with the removal of drums for that recent work - take another look at those.
If this was directly a brake issue like dragging it should get markedly better or worse if you momentarily drag the brakes a little at that speed. A parking brake can hang up and when warmed up they could cause a shake. You could feel that in one wheel being warmer than another by a lot!
