Hi, i need help on my seatbelts i have a 93 ford thunderbird with retractable seatbelts and the drivers side will not retract back can you help me?

If the seat belts won't move it will require the track and motor assembly be replaced. It's not a cheap repair, your possibly looking at around $500 in parts. Least thats what they where last time I replaced one a few years ago.
I would suggest using OEM equipment verses used.
If your going to spend the money to repair it, you might as well do it right. It is your safty!!
