rough run

having a hard time over here I have a 93 Chevy G20 w/4.3 eng. sometimes its ok most times rough run then dies or spits and coughs. replaced EGR plugs cap rotor ,checked for vacuum leaks checked fuel pressure 9 psi replaced ign.module , could i get some help someone who has been there? I thank you
