2006 Honda Pilot, I'm turning in this lease car this week but made the mistake of filling up the tank. Is there any way I can retrieve the gas before I turn it in to the dealer? I am sure they won't be giving me any credit for a full tank of gas

Nope. Most or all new cars have an anti siphon valve at the the bottom of the filler neck. I am faily sure this one dose. The only way otherwise is to drop the tank. So Drive it like a lease for the next few days to burn your fuel.
