remote auto start

I recently purchased a 1997 For F-150 pickup and when I hit the auto atart on the remote it starts just fine, but then in less than a minute it shuts off by itself. It will then restart on it's own and shut off. It repeats this cycle over and over. Any suggestions?

I suggest getting the Remote Start disconnected. I have seen too many problems with them. They are great when they work, but, when the relay closes and activates the starter when you are going down the highway, and you have to spend $1000 to replace the starter and flywheel, then the remote starter shows its downfalls. This is just my experiences with them.
