Hi there everyone, it's a 96 civic the rear deffoger is not working and when I check the voltage at the connector I only see ground. need your help.

Do you mean you have continuity on one wire to ground and nothing one the other? Have you checked the fuses or verified that switch is sending the power to the defroster?
