re92 buick efi problem

sorry for the gap since last advice. checked all the pink wires for injectors while they were all disconnected from the injectors. light does light up on all. checked pink wires while cranking starter and light does not blink, it stays lit . thank for your advice.

anyone know what these proceedure results mean? really have gotten lots of hellp so far.

possible bad crank sensor. check the sensor pattern with a scope or even easier, hook a scanner up & see if you have rpm while cranking, no rpm-bad sensor ( assuming the wiring is good) Check the ring when you have balancer off to make sure it's not loose & be real sure you got the air gap set right on the new sensor. If its off you take out the new sensor when you crank the engine over.

can the sensor be bad if the car runs when gas is sprayed into the air box?

The crank sensor usually takes spark also..but anything is possible.. If you had all 6 connectors off the injectors & no pulse that would rule out a shorted injector. Long shot would be a bad TPS, disconnect it & see if you get a pulse.... Start disconnecting sensors & see if you get a pulse... If not you might be looking at a bad quad driver in the ECM or shorted wire
