What's wrong with my car? The radiator fan will not come on like it should, so as a result my car is overheating. The fan relay, fuse, coolant temp switch, and the motor itself are all good, but the fan motor does not turn on under normal operating conditions. I have a 1999 Honda Civic with a 1.6L engine. It has 109676 miles. I keep it running like a top.
