2002 ford explorer eddie bauer edition 4.0 V6 flex fuel motor. I just changed the alternator 2 months ago and replaced battery less than a year ago both are working fine. My headlights and interior lights seem to pulse noticeably when the car is cold first thing in the morning. Can't figure it out!!!!!!

That sounds like the voltage is fluctuating. You need to use a digital voltmeter when this happens and see what the voltage is doing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
