i was on the way to my fathers earlier and stopped at a light, and the lights on the inside started to flicker and the car was vibrating and humming. so i give it some gas and it went back to normal. im driving a 2003 focus had it for nearly 4 years. ive left the lights on over nites a few times {i know thats bad, lol}....and suggestions?

You should start with getting the battery charged and load tested. Then have the charging system tested. Either the battery is weak or the charging system may not be keeping up with the loads at idle.
