please help water trough intake

my car sucked water trough intake then there was white smoke out of the exaust and then it stoped when i started the car it was blowing black smoke so i replaced the spark plugs but still has the black smoke also at low rpms it stalls but at hig rpms works normal and runs good
my car is an mitsubishi eclipse 1995 2.0L DOCH that is the 420A n/t

Black smoke means the vehicle is burning very rich fuel mixture...please explain a little more on the water thing with the intake...was the car alright before this happened?

yes everything was right the air fuel mixture only run rich in wot now it says its lean but its burnig too much fuel so at low rpms the car starts to stall and shake a lot

also the water thing is that it was raining and the car kind of sucked water and it start staling and when i looked in the rear view mirror i saw white smoke so i turned the car off and then started back on and it wasnt blowing white smoke but it was stalling

Oh Oh!! Lot's of things won't like the water trick! Just how deep was the car when it sucked in water? Who knows what got wet that should stay dry. You saw the white smoke and that's bad enough if the engine didn't just blow you are lucky so far.
All air intake items need to be removed, dried, and air filter probably replaced as I'm unsure if it will dry out ok. It may be choking on it's own air filter and other items that are still wet. How long has it been?

That's still about the same. If water made it far enough to get into cylinders then it passed thru the air filter - right?

well yes i think so but the car still rus great the only thing is that in low rpms uit stall but keeps around 500 to 700 rpms

Everything suggest that liquid water actually made it into the intake. Filter being wet would screw things up by itself. Other controls in line of air flow may have been damaged. If more water had really been drawn in it would have been a fast "game over" for this engine! The snorkeling of the path of air may still have water. If you can - I'd take things from port where air enters to throttle body apart and dry them out at least for now,

Just quickly re-read. You said the water was from it raining. That alone doesn't suck in water and blow white exhaust out unless it was really intense or splashing water or water on roadway too deep for travel.
You said you just looked in your rear view and saw white smoke. That could have been water on hot exhaust parts and not water sucked into engine but still seems to have been the cause of the problems now.
The fact that it can run at high rpms is a good thing so far. It's hard to say much more as I wasn't there when this happened to witness the severity of it. You simply must verify the air path is dry now - including the air filter or there's no guessing which is the best I can do with this anyway as this is not a routine problem!?
