the problem happens every tenth day, so not every day but every tenth day.

During driving, I experience surging and uneven engine operation. When I disengage the clutch pedal from the transmission, the engine rpm becomes irregular, ranging from 600 to 1600 rpm, and this process lasts for 15 minutes. After that, it stabilizes and operates normally. I can also turn off the engine and restart it after 2 minutes, and then it works normally as if nothing happened. Some say it might be the EGR valve, while others suggest it could be the fuel pressure regulator. When I have it diagnosed, no problems are detected, and even when the engine runs unevenly, it shows no issues.

We don't have that vehicle here in the US so we have limited info about it.

I'd say no to both of those. The EGR can effect idle only and not cruising. If the fuel pressure regulator would act up you would likely see a lot of black smoke.

I don't understand why nothing is showing up during diagnosis. Symptoms like that should be setting some type of code.
