I have a 2001 olds bravada and when I get to 60-70 mph it rocks back and forth so much that I feel like if I hit a bump in the road (very small bump) it will flip. I just had new shocks put on it. Is this a suspension problem?

The new shocks/strut job must be inspected at once along with all other parts for a proper job now. New parts can be bad out of the box and not dampen shock of bumps which can cause great loss of control. Check this out right away, T
