If just when first starting in the A.M, I'm thinking a fuel supply problem. The fuel pump (in the fuel tank) has a check valve that is supposed to keep the fuel from bleeding back into the tank. If this happens, it may take several key on/key off cycles to get the fuel pumped back to the engine. To check this, you'd need a fuel pressure guage to see how quickly the pressure drops off after shut-down. Give us as many symptoms as possible. Then, do the same thing again. Then, try starting....If it starts okay, you may want to give this a try for a few days. If it works, we're back to the pump theory. Racking my wee, little brain, I can't think of anything else other than fuel delivery.
