Check the PCV to see if it is plugged, and do a cylinder leakdown test. If your engine has gotten worn down rings you will get excessive blowby in the crankcase and that pressure has to go out somewhere.

Is PCV valve on oil fill cap or on lower intake manifold? Seems they changed this engine exactly 7-21-86 to another style the next day!


Either you need to know they are not clogged up, broken grommet and hose must be good. Seems like the engine just can't handle plain blow-by well as dipstick tube should really have a slight vacuum not pressure coming out and doesn't,
