The car has 31k miles, should the trans fluid and differential (whatever that is?) be changed already? And what types of oil and fluids should be used? Thanks for any help!! At a minumum if all is confused check the levels and if they in whatever country can't advise on what specs meet what then find a Nissan dealer there. If language is a barrier where the vehicle is being taken then get it translated or get an owner's manual for it in the language of choice which lists the suggested fluid specs for that vehicle....
