Depending on where sensor is and how car's computer deals with info from it - it could mis adjust the amount of fuel needed and perhaps just one cylinder can't deal with the now improper mix. What is this car? Changed the sensor, and the check engine light is now off but I only ran truck for 10 minutes. Will find out tommorrow if the truck is ok, when it will be used all day.
