i have a 99 jeep grand cheroke larado 4.0l 4x4
its not shifting out of first gear i think its something with a vacuum that's not working the heat wont work coming from vents and when the knob is turn to cool the fan gets louder but when turning it back to heat it gets quieter. i put gas in the tank yesterday and it acked like it was full the gas keep running out like something was pushing it. i replaced the themostat radiator and the governor switch in the tranny. their is also a evap code from what autozone told me in the computer i cleared it by unhooking the batter and stepping on the brake to drain power to computer but it came back on when i drove it again the tranny shifts sometimes but still stump why it does it what should i do.
