ok my dad put in a new starter after that the power steering go to standard steering and he loses power in windows and the seat belt light flickers..

Check the Transmission Range Sensor. It is located on top of the transaxle almost directly below the master cylinder. The part is fairly inexpensive (less than 50$) and easy to install. Go here http://www.autozone.com/.../repairInfoPages.htm
