Please help!!!! bought this car three days ago ran fine but can hear tick like oil is low and got oil change and still does it can someone tell me if is a big deal or jist something it does also the service engine light comes on but goes back off alot

It could be a problem. It needs to be checked out further by an experienced technician. Also get the trouble codes read to determine why the check engine light is coming on.
