Where is the module that controls the daytime running lights located on a 98 gm olds intrigue 3.5 lit. fully loaded. Also where is the starter located on the same vehicle.

That year Intrigue seems to have only been available with the 3.8 engine. Could you have made a mistake there?
What is the 8th digit of the VIN#?

When you respond you need to do it here in the same question and not create duplicate questions. I have deleted the other response.

If you have a 3.5, that was available in the 99 so you may have the year wrong.

The starter is located on the left rear of the motor which would be the radiator side, near the bottom.

The DRL module is under the dash on the driver's side as shown in the pic
