my 97 f-150 4x4 had tranny repaired a week ago now my air bag light stays on also my 4x4light stays on in the dash but no lights on the switch im mainly worried about the airbag issue at this point tho many thanks for any help

did the lights come on right after the repair??
was the car driven every day or did it sit or only take short trips???? it may have taken a week to complete a drive cycle and complete the system tests.
does the 4wd work anymore??
the 4x4 light in the dash is probably illuminated because a wiring harness that wasn't reconnected on the transfer case during the trans install.
if the switch isn't lighting up, the bulb for the switch is probably burned out.
i believe there are some impact/inertia switches for the air bags on the transmission tunnel. i would again check for unplugged harnesses.
