let car sit in snow for week and now wont start

I let my car sit in the snow for a week w/o starting it and when i went out and tried to start it, it wont turn over and battery is noticeably low. What should i do? car is a 1994 chevy lumina

Hope battery is just low and not stone dead. Try to charge it up right where it is or get a strong jump - leave cables on several minutes before an attempt. If stone dead I don't suggest jumping as battery could have frozen and shorted - if so would react horribly to donor vehicle and could be dangerous. Take battery out for charging and testing if at all possible. Note: Snow isn't really any different to the car sitting than just being cold out. Makes it a pill to clear off to move it though if need be without being able to warm it up T
