k-frame might be bent

we hit a gutter with our car(of coarse) now the wheel is pushed up against the gaurd(this is the left wheel) its scrapping against the back gaurd,its tilting as well,we had a mechanic out and he replaced the r&r LHF GENT STRUT AND LINK PINS AND GUSHES.
Now, he said that the car would be find to drive,i took it for a drive but its still making the sounds it was making before we had the things replaced,the tyre is still scrapping against the gaurd and its still making a clunking sound and the wheel is still on a very slight tilt,could it be a bent K FRAME that is causing all these problems,i know we have to get a wheel aligment,but would it be the k frame

What kind of car is this? Not familiar with what was replaced already that didnt' work??

I don't know this car but whatever is bent, a replacable part or one that needs straightening would have to be done. I can't imagine an alignment allowing wheel to be visually that far off within the adjustment ranges. Alignment shop should know what needs fix or replacement ----- do you dare even drive this still?

You have logged onto a website which, I'm guessing, is not all that familiar with Australian Holden (General Motors) automobiles. Might want to try using spell-check, and something closer to home.

Site caters to the world - not just USA. We have "regulars" from Australia, Canada, Dom Republic, UK, Isreal and lots more. As far as I'm concerned all are welcome here.
Speaking for myself I'm not familiar with this car but general engineering is similar to many. I'm not familiar with a front end part called "K" -- there are "A" frames used for suspension that can be bent with an accident. This is an accident not a routine repair so it really can't be assessed without tons of pics or better yet with a shop who does collision repair looking right at it,

Everything is cool "mate" 
This car's wheel is still rubbing when it sure shouldn't and I just don't know how to know whether it's a front end routine type part or the subframing with that name "k" which didn't just strike a note with me. Some cars have what I call an "H" frame = guess we need to go thru the alphabet!
