We are trying to figure out how to reprogram throttle body. We have already cleaned it. Also the idle is low and when we drive it and slow down we have no power steering, could that be caused by the throttle body not turning the power steering pump? Are there any trouble codes in the PCM? Reduced power message showing up in the DIC? When you cleaned the throttle body how did the throttle plate feel when you opened it by hand? It should open smoothly without any binding. When the throttle closes it should spring back to a semi open position with no power to the throttle body motor.
