i need help i am interested in buying a 1969 Chevelle ss this vehicle has no engine or transmission no hood bad interior rust and bondo extiorior and a cracked windshield is it worth $4,200.00?

In this condition,you need to be prepared to do a complete body off frame restoration.
Its possible and parts are certainly available but be prepared to sink some cash into this to make it a numbers match restoration.
Sounds like its been hacked ...

Be a nice project car....but IMO,too much money to start with!
I know they're bringing in big money for old muscle cars but i would steer clear of this unless you have the skills to do it right.
If your just looking to drop in an engine and trans ,find something else thats already a driver and play with it...

The Roadrunner is unique, But classic muscle IS the 1970 Chevelle 454. Both cars will definitely turn heads though. The 1987 Grand National is different, but I don't see it turning so many heads, or accumulating a lot more value.

If I had one I was restoring with matching #'s I might consider using it for the drive train parts. Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $1500.00 for it.
