Sign In Look up under the grill to see if you can see the latch. Iftou can, use a long screwdriver to move the latch back where the cable hooks to it. This will allow you to open it. However, if you close it back, you will have to do this every time. On some vehicles you can see the latch through the grill opening. Sign In You need to move the bracket that the cable is attached to. It is not easy to get to.
