why does my wheel sit too far back into the arch towards the door and leans outwards too ,i had an accident but what do i need to repair this please

Impossibe to say without inpecting it...something or things are bent/damaged for sure...
Depending how hard it was "kissed" it could have frame damage as well...
I strongly suggest taking it in to a Body shop for an inspection/estimate.
It sure doesn't sound like its driveable....sounds unsafe...have it checked "right away".
