No matter What type of your car of what is it's model the same basic test should be followed to perform the power for the fuel pump as follows

1) Ask your dealer for the user manual and get known about the perfect location of the fuel pump
2)Park your car at the flat s urface and engage the parking gare
3)Open the trunk and lift the flooring to reach to the fuel pump
4)Detect tect the ground wire(normally black) of the fuel pump runs from the fuel pump to the metal frame. Check it's connection that it is solid and the wire is in good condition.
5)Attach the ground clip of your test light to the metal frame usually with the alligator clips , hold the positive wire of your fuel pump (normally red). Remove the plastic coating of your wire so metal tip can touches to the copper wire.
If the bulb get lighted then it all good otherwise replace the wire and make the connections in proper manner.

I don't know what car Stephan is working on but it's not yours.

Yours has to be accessed from below. Access the gray wire going into the tank. You will need 2 people because it only powers for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on and again when cranking.
