help me pls wippers

i have a 98 ford contor the wippers woult come on i checkd the fuses under the dash all good i turn the wippers on and noe nose like it want to work and get no wipper flude to come out to pls help thanks r there any more fuse that i missing like under the hood .

Test fuses with a test light or multimeter. There could be another location for fuses and your owner's manual should tell you - I don't have that info here - someone else might?
